Unless you want low quality sounds, make sure you change the output. If there are few sounds, go with a higher quality, otherwise don't.

The sounds seem to delay the click. It's an interesting start but hardly worth sharing when all we have in front of us is a menu. Update us when you lots more done!

Nah, flash menus are fail. Also, nobody wants sound to come out of their web browser. Redo it with HTML and javascript.

Flash is terrible for building websites. Breaks common functions like history, bookmarking, URLs. Also terrible for SEO - search engines crawl HTML (rating semantic markup high), not Flash.

Basically, what Penguinboy said, except rebuild it using semantic HTML styled by CSS, with behaviour controlled by JavaScript.

Sound on a website is nothing terrible, at least not on a more "artistic" portfolio website. Just make sure it doesn't annoy and is easily disabled.

I don't think you should use sounds mang.

Those sounds are from Opposing Force as well.
