I'm thinking about upgrading graphics cards from a 5200FX to an Ati 3850 but I'm just wondering if the 3850's power will be bottlenecked with these specs:
-Motherboard: Gigabyte K8N Pro
-CPU: Amd Athlon 64 3200+
-Ram: 1.5gb
Regarding to Power being bottlenecked

Correct me if I'm wrong but that's a fairly old CPU. If you plan on upgrading, why not go for a CPU upgrade too?

The CPU is a bit outdated, but the graphics card is absolute crap. If anything, replace the card. And if you can afford it, get a newer CPU.
