Hello guys-- I was just wondering- you see I have been dooing my elevaters totally different that in the tutorial, I have been using Func_door instead of func_train, with the door moving direction is set to up. So What is the difference other that it being a easy shortcut. Should I continue using it or should I set my sights on The "Elevators using func_train"tutorial??

Thanks OH and unother thing--
I download the half life Model Viewer yesturday--- But what is the purpose of it. either I don't know or I need Instructions. Because it is totally pointless, sure I can look at pictures of models but who cares.
Now, if there was a way I could edit these characters- that would be great-- But How?

you can find each texture, scripting and model form a model. you can use this tool to make models cisible in vhe

I say keep doing it your way until you find a situation where you need a func_train. "If it ain't broke..."

Make sure you set the lip right and you should be fine :D
