I use to train everyday. 1 hour run in the morning before school, Sport in school for 1.1 hours, atleast 2km swim after school and then 75km cycle. Occassional 3 hour Volleyball session for National Trails.
8 pack, 83kg of muscles, at 154cm, given the nickname Machoman (despite being female.)

.... Then I had a run of bad luck. Crash before National Triathlon Trials, broken fingers, and muscular tear to my calf, then while swim training 2 months after that dislocated shoulder.... The end.

I'll probably need a full shoulder reconstruction before I'm 25.

Lesson to everyone, never do Butterfly (stroke) next to a noobie backstroker when there are no lane-ropes.

Despite the fact I don't do any exercise anymore, my body fat is still only 12% and I still get called Machoman by some. :biggrin: Only difference is I only weigh 61kg now.

I have no exercise routine but I am beginning to not be so overweight anymore.
I've gone from 95-100kg to <85kg in a few months, and I'm intending to start walking a few km daily.

Luckily due to my body shape I don't actually look that fat. Broad shoulders make my gut less obvious and a large head makes my shoulders less obvious.
Also, for some reason I have really muscled lower legs. I figure it's related to the fact that I used to get really intense muscle cramps all the time in them for a long time, like some kind of unintentional exercise.

I used to be really strong in the legs, walking or cycling everywhere. I used to be able to sprint pretty damn fast too.

Then I got a car and it all went to shit.

So many people that work out here. I feel out of place. I haven't worked out in like ten years.

I go to class, do homework, then play some if there's time left. Day over, rinse and repeat. Physical exercise bores me, I'd rather do something else.

I do not feel at peace, if I'm not physically exhausted a few times in a week. I do 5-6 hours of cycling every week. Mostly 120kms in total.

It helps me sleep better, motivates and helps me concentrate better on my important duties. Not to mention the confidence it provides to you.

I never heard anyone call physical exercise boring before? I completely disagree. I believe that you were just not able to find an exercise or sport, that suits your lifestyle.

Striker, I completely cut out milk and would RARELY have a little shredded cheese with my own seasoned hamburger meat. No grains at all which includes bread, pasta, rice etc. I pretty much ate grilled chicken, tomatoes and sweet potatoes everyday. Even with sweet potatoes you have to be careful because there's a lot of starch in them. I never got my body fat checked so I am making a safe bet at 7-8%, probably being 7.

Tetsuo, the only way you are going to lose the stomach is through diet. Everyone is different, yes, but doing 1000 crunches a day won't help anyone who is eating a surplus of calories a day. You need to eat as clean as possible and eat less than you usually would. I never needed to intermittent fast, and personally don't recommend it, and I don't do cardio (although 2 hours of heavy lifting burns a decent amount of calories.) It's all about the diet, unfortunately. Try eating more often throughout the day but much smaller portions.

I'm not really into changing my diet because soon college is starting and... who has time for any diet then? I hope though I could at least get the "form" of a six-pack in a month.

Stay away from pasta, potatoes, and as much bread as possible.
You'll be surprised the difference in about a month.

Woah woah woah, who said cut carbs out? You need carbs to have the energy to work out, just don't go overboard with them. You can get them from vegetables and sweet potatoes. All I am saying is drink a lot of water, avoid grains and limit your dairy. Try it out, and if it doesn't work for you, at least you tried. I bet most people that go 100% strict cold turkey will crumble after a while and ruin everything. You need to find what works for you without killing yourself and being unhappy.

Go for it with the sweet potato fries and keep up the water intake. If you ever really need some kind of chocolate, just make it a protein bar. :]

But the thing is when I get up really early in the morning ( like 6), the easiest thing for me to eat is cereals with milk( Müsli). I never feel sick of it, though the truth is after about 2-3 hours I feel hungry.
What do you eat in the morning?
Also, I've been keeping with the ab workout. So far there's no change, except a slight "V" shape started forming on the lower part of the body.

I can pretty much eat anything in the morning. I don't drink coffee, i wake up instantly, i always sleep ~8 hours, i don't even need to set my clock up.

I should be drinking more water though.
