Hi, I was follow every steps for make an "{transparent" texture, I was saved it in .bmp, I indexed it in 255 colors and the palette I fixed it, but dont work.
Someone can tell how fix it?

Make sure the blue color is "0 0 255" and in the bottom right hand corner of the pallet only. Sometimes when importing into Wally it will gradient out into multiple blues.

Nope. Even in the texture image you posted there, I can prove that it is not all 255 blue:

Here's a hot tip. Take your texture image, and make the transparent parts some other colour, like hot pink or bright orange or something. Then when you import it into Wally, go around and turn the pink/orange/whatever parts 255 blue. That way, you know they are all 255 blue, and if you miss any bits, they'll stick right out.
