Half-Life: Opposing Force Updated Alpha 1 is out: https://github.com/Solokiller/halflife-op4-updated/releases/tag/HLOP4U-V1.0.0.alpha001
Notable changes:

• Includes all fixes made to Half-Life Updated
• Implemented Opposing Force weapons, monsters and entities
• Implemented Opposing Force CTF gamemode
• Fixed many bugs in weapons, monsters and CTF code

This is only an alpha version, bugs are expected. Report all bugs on the Github issue tracker (not Valve's official tracker!).

This is absolutely amazing and useful! Have you considered creating a page in Mod DB for this and Half-Life updated? I'm sure it would spread quickly there and most people would be very grateful.

I'll get a ModDB page going once Blue Shift Updated is up and running. Which it already is, but i have to run through the campaign to verify everything's working first.
