Theres a button in de-museum that can be pushed, but I dont know what it does. Be a counter terrorist and go into the building through the main entrance. Then keep going through the hallway untill you come up on the very first "fork in the hall" which shouldnt be very far into it. Make a left turn ibnto the room with the dinosaur. Its not a secret button, but I have no idea what it does.
