Ok my first problem happend durring compile:

Warning: Leaf portals saw into leaf
Problem at portal between leaves 588 and 590:
   (145.000 -911.000 -2088.000)
(144.750 -910.750 -2087.500)
(144.333 -911.167 -2086.667)
(144.333 -1017.333 -2086.667)
(145.000 -1018.000 -2088.000)
average leafs visible: 188
g_visdatasize:26291 compressed from 53546

How do i fix this because when i go in game the lighting is double what it should be everywhere...blinding.

My second problem is i made my own .wad it was just a logo for my clan and i put the decal on a wall in hammer then when i go in game its not there. I put the .wad in my valve folder and evey folder in steam but it stil doesnt show up....its now my spray though lol but i need it to show up on the wall.

http://www.slackiller.com/tommy14/errors.htm#leafsaw

2nd prob: you can't. Don't apply it as a decal, texture a conventional brush with it.

Did you run VIS with -full already? Or, did you read the whole part of Tommy14's explanation and tried out what you could try out?

well, learning how to use VM properly would help (if you're using it for floors). you can't take a square/rectangle and move one vertex point. you have to move all points on the relative axis; unless you use two (or however many you need) triangles to make the square.
leaf saw into errors are caused by invalid shapes and the like. so try posting your map in the problem maps section (in map vault). it allows non-noobs to look at the rmf (don't post bsp) and figure out the problem.
also, in Hammer try pressing Alt+P (when in your map) and if there is any error like: invalid shape... then you need to delete it and try again
