I've made a few crappy maps, they usually compile alright, but I'm having some troubles. For this one especially crappy map, whenever I compile It does the usual stuff, but then when it gets into HL it just closes.

Erm... You're running csg two times, and not bsp at all! This is the correct compile sequence: csg, bsp, vis and rad

when i try to compile a map it says in the cs console that it can't find the map, when i try 2 compile my map it says * Could not execute the command:
Copy File "C:SierraCounter-Strikecstrikemapspolice station"
  • Windows gave the error message:
"The operation completed successfully."

can someone help me please

Take out the spaces in the map name. Never ever use spaces in anything to do with HL.
