hay, did any1 know how i can copy model from Point of Wiev to my mod? and how to use that new model in hammer? I just want to take minigun-soldier put it in my maps. How can i do things like that? And how can i make it not to drop weapon? (yah i know that it could be cool to have minigun but i don't think that weapon is playable)

unpack the .pak file, take the minigun man AND weapon out. But then youll have to make the pak file without the minigun man in it all over and reconfigure the .fgd file. prolly unclear...

Oh. That sounds... hard? never looked in .fgd file. Is notepad good for editing it :D and is it easy?

ieatmonkeychow, you're way is a bit off-the-road I guess...

All that has to be done, is just extracting that model from the .pak file. Can be done with Wally or HLMV, easy.

If you want to use it in your mod as an enemy, you'll need coding. No way around that. Well, maybe you can use it as a replacement model for the normal grunt but then it's just gonna use mp5 firemode, although it'll look different...
Changing the .fgd has NO effect on the game. The .fgd allows the mapper to choose entities and insert them easily into his level, but it all depends on whether the game code recognizes those entities and their settings.

hmmm... replace the model?don't know is that a good way but ok. So i can also change "mp5 mode" sound and ammo sprite, but can any1 tell me what .wav and what sprite do i need to change?
