heres an even stupider post! Clicky!-->

or you can read this!:
Is it a gas bubble that captures and takes you to the mole people which eat your toe nails until you cant breathe! (or so they think) but then you get away but at the same time you run away with the king gas bubble's daughter but then suddenely you get jumped by guards and they take you to a gas cell. But they are stupid so you pop the gas bubble cell and escape. But one day they find you and take you back to this thread. The gas bubble king's daughter thinks you cheated on her with some famous super star but you realy didnt so after you gett back to this thread you get slapped by a mysterious hand and the whole process starts over! Crazy...

hey! I was just entering the stupidest post compotition, not spamming! This is the stupidest post ever posted here.
an underground digger mabober that goes streaming down into a giant lake of lava, and is driven around on small falling rocks, bumping up and down, trying to find a way out when a lake is emptied out into the lava, which causes steam to shoot everywhere, making you shoot up with the pressure of the chemical reaction, up into the air where you start hurdling down toward earth at incredable speeds, so you press the eject button, but it is jammed so you do it manually, and then you find out you have no paracute, but a giant bird rescues you, but is actually trying to feed you to her young, so you kill the babies, who are really big, and the moma comes back and attacks, so you jump on its back and ride it over a big ocean, where it dies, and you fall down, but land on a whale, but sharks kill the whale and are moving in on you, so you shoot them, and try to swim back to shore when a dolphin saves you, but poltures kill the dolphin, so you shoot at them, but then the sharks come back and attack the poltures, so you swim to shore only to find out you are on a desert island, where you sit around and talk to a volly ball untill you starve.

I'd like badges that are more symbolic of what they represent, e.g. easier recognizable. But it's a good start Seventh... ;)

Oh, and my sharp eyes... I'm a community leader myself so mod options are in some way... attractive... :P
Posted 16 years ago2004-07-28 14:58:09 UTC Post #45958
Hes using the badges we already have as an example.

Captain P is right, although, colors are a good way to show it, since there are a lot of colors, and a new page could tell what they all mean.

there is:
and just plain clear.
Posted 16 years ago2004-07-28 15:11:58 UTC Post #45964
Too many colors and it gets confusing easily as the badges all have the same shape and appearance. Not to mention color-blind people... ;)

A big M for moderators, a S for sub-mods, things like that. Or more symbolic, as long as they're easily discernable from each other.

Also, when a person holds his mouse on such a badge, it would be nice to see a text appearing, explaining what the badge stands for. Like some images on website, the text that appears when they don't show up, or when you hold your mouse cursor over them.

Woah! Since when has Vassy been back?!
Posted 16 years ago2004-07-28 16:04:35 UTC Post #45992
The badge thing; This may lead to a very elitist attitude amongst TWHL members. I think its a great idea in a way, but some people may take advantage of the new system, acting like they own the place. It's just a thought, that's all.
Posted 16 years ago2004-07-28 17:26:24 UTC Post #46014
And when they do, that could be considered as inappropriate behaviour, therefor placing them at risk of losing their badge, right?

As Atom said, there will probably not be a lot of sub-mods, only those who can handle it so to say. And look at our current moderators. They show proper behaviour in my opinion, better as certain others, but that's what they are supposed to do, giving the good example.

So, I trust this system will suffice. But, should it turn out the way you said, Jahzel, then intervention is possible. Right?
Posted 16 years ago2004-07-28 18:36:31 UTC Post #46056
Indeed. And I also would like to disagree with the appointing of so-called 'sub-mods'. There really only needs to be the group of moderators that there already are. Again, these sub-mods will use their position for their own advantage. In my oppinion, it will become a waste of time.
