Im not sure. Try to fins big_momma sentences in the sentences.txt.
If there are none, just use an ambient_generic.

The only monsters that use Sentences are the Scientist, Barney, Hgrunts, and Vox. Monsters such as Zombies, Headcrabs and such automatically make noise.
