i have heard something about compiling you textures in your bsp i only dont now how :)

in CSG, -wadinclude blah.wad OR -nowadtextures

thx and then the textures are in your map so that you dont need to include wads??

yup
-nowadtextures will include ONLY and ALL of the textures you use, including standard HL ones! If you're mostly using standard textures, the BSP'd be a lot smaller with a -wadinclude instead, just for a specific custom wad.
