hi trying to make/create a machine gun like you use in half life know and again! well i run into a few problems. i have look at the Tutorials and found the on about rockets and tried to adapt this but no luck is someone could help would be very gratefull this is a link to the map and how it is know :( http://cariad.co.za/twhl/mapvault_map.php?id=1809 :confused:

hey thank you, just wondeierg if i wanted to put the noise off the gun firing do i have to compile it in a different way ?

I can't think of any way to give the func_tank a firing sound. The other tank ones, maybe, but not the automatic gun.

i given it a sound off the machine gun weapon on cs just wondering would i have to use the multi manger so when i fire the gun the noise is made?

If you turn off SmartEdit you can specify a certain wav to play when the gun fires, afaik.

Make the Gun 'Target' an ambient generic that has the noise you want... No need for a multimanager. I mentioned this in the Grunts and Gun's tutorial...
Or am I missing something here?
