You can't place it, from what I know - its automatically assigned to one of teh T's and you can't assign whom it goes to, and cant' have multiple of em.

weapon_strip takes them away, and player_equip with weapon_c4 gives every t c4 on my map

Well you probably can't place it with an armoury_entity then, as you cannot pistols.
