So how can i load the textures from de_dust and use them in my custom map in hammer?

in c:sierracounter-strikecstrike folder there should be pretty many .wads! Like cstrike.wad cstraining.wad de_dust.wad de_aztec.wad etc etc etc... If you dont have them there I can send them to you by e-mail ;)

i mean de_dust from cs: source textures. not from de_dust from cs.

Get GCFscape and open the CS:S gcf file. Find the appropriate wad and extract the file.
