I get a Cannot find filesystem dll to load erro when I try to run map. Looks like a windows error message (maybe from compiler?).

I would apprecaite any help.

Start the map manually by typing map x in the console, where x equals your map name, instead of starting it via Hammer.

I got could not find zhlt.wad file error message when I ran from console.

I had problems setting up hammer because I did not have wad files on my computer. Because I got game from steam?. I finally got wad files from d/l ing World Craft Addons. Do I need to move these to a certain directory? Thanks for you help.

Yes you need to put them in your half life folder e.g. C:Program FilesValveSteamSteamAppshabboihalf-lifevalve
