Does anyone know of anywhere to download this other then at Nems Tools Website? whenever I click on a link their right now it just brings me back to the same page....

Yeah, his website is a bit bugged up at the moment.

I mirrored a copy a while ago. Make sure you have the latest .net framework installed.

Or you can always go to:
Slackiller's HL programs as there are downloadable versions of most HL related proggy's there.
