This is really embarrasing since pretty much everyone knows how to do this now.. and admittadly i used to but its been so long since i last did (been mapping for CS) that iv'e completely forggoten how.

i have a grunt. i want him to do a really simple looped patrol which is just a rectangle.

Read the "Forum Posts" tutorial - Seventh

name grunt 'bob' ;) target him to b which is a path corner with next stop target set to c and so on. I then get an aiscripted sequence. Target b, targetted monster 'bob' and then a trigger once on top of the player spawn targetted to the aiscripted sequence..

This of course doesnt work.. can someone enlighten me? :
