You'll need an audio recording program to start (I suggest Goldwave) to record your samples. Then, you'll need to use the Faceposer program (comes with the Source SDK) to sync your samples to the Combine model.

So you can make the sounds fit for a model?
I mean,, do they change their way of sound?

What do you mean? If you're asking whether or not the Combiney sound is added to your voice, then no, it isn't. That's just fancy audio work.

I can't get the face poser program to do anything. Hell even if i did then i wouldn't know how to put it into a map either.

Oh, I didn't really understand what you meaned Ant.. You know my english.. ;P

I wonder what program valve used then,, well, I have heard that there is some editor named "cool editor" or something ( =P ) where you can do loads of effects with sounds, for example, making it sound like you are talking through a radio..
One of me mod team members are using it,, I'll ask him about it. (I bet the program is free)
