How would i fix this?

MakeScales:
10%...20%...30%...40%...50%...60%...Error: Memory allocation failure
Description: The program failled to allocate a block of memory.
Howto Fix: Likely causes are (in order of likeliness) : the partition holding the swapfile is full; swapfile size is smaller than required; memory fragmentation; heap corruption

ERROR: Could not open error logfile D:SIERRAHalf-Lifevalvemapstest.err

like it tells me to but how do i increase the size?

The most common cause is that your map is much too complex for the compile tools. Do you have a ny complex geometry in your map? Like carved/vertex manipulated/cillinders/arches/etc? Stuff like this are better be turned into func_walls. That'll increase compiletime.

oh ok thanks i do have alot of things like that

could i turn other things into func_walls if they don't need an entity?

I think you will understand if you post a screenshot of a random complicated part of your map. Then i can show you which object are better be turned into fun_walls.

If you don't have webspace to host the image on, use http://www.imageshack.us.

The yellow lines point to the objects that are better be func_walled.

And why the hell are you using a computer mainframe texture for the whole ceilling!!

You must have accidently applied the computer mainframe texture without knowing how you did it.
