I need a fgd for opfor that can view models! Does anybody know where I can get it? :zonked:

Seventh told me to modifie my worlcraft 3x fgd so it will be able to view models and then closed the thread but I don't know how to do it!! :tired:

Copy all the new stuff from the opfor fgd and paste it in the hl fgd.

Copy all the new stuff from the opfor fgd and paste it in the hl fgd.
Don't won't help making the OppFor monsters visible in Hammer, since the entity information stays the same.

But i'll tell you what, i know how to get monsters to show up in Hammer, so i can add the required code in the OppFor FGD. Its really no big deal. :)

They only have the ones for worldcraft 2.1 and worldcraft 3x. :nervous: Thanks anyway slackiller. And I really like your textures and I may use some of them in my mod! :D

The 3x FGD files can also be used in Hammer 3.4/5.

Do you want Opp4 monster to show up in Hammer or not? :)

To put it this way, i can modify the OppFor 3.x FGD so that it'll work with Hammer 3.5 beta, with model support. I just neat to add a view extra lines to the monster entity strings inside the FGD. You understand? ;)

Ya, and fgd files are small. I think we can use a fgd section for all sorts of HL games. 7th, if you're reading this... :)

What are you doing? This is a FGD file allready! No need to copy its content to another fgd file, just use this one.

Nah, you don't really need that.

And did you extract all the monsters to your valve/models or gearbox/models directory?

Well i can add that, but that'll take a a lot longer. You really want it?

And some monsters don't show up becuase i don't know the required model file. Like the pinguin model, i don't have a pinguin model. :)

WHAT,you don't have the nice little pinguin??? :confused: He's so nice like a snark only it has a grande attached to it's body and it explodes! :badass: And what about the pitdrone? The original game has them, these guys are those strange brown creatres that shoot arrows at you!

and it's really importent! :|

Pitdrones are not in the original game (HL). Maybe i made a typing mistake. Let me see.

And i did. :/

It should be:
