how do i make one which shows you the camera`s veiw on a screen in my security room?

Do you mean without +using it? You can't, dynamically, you can just have a custom texture on the button (like cs_assault).

They used a texture which was a picture of the area being filmed. If you used it, you could see it through a trigger_camera, and could see people doing various things.
