Valve hasn't published CS's SDK so you can't code.

Uh, there's a quite easy way to do this...

Make it a hostage rescue map. Place the hostage(s) in some non-enterable room, wherever you wish aslong as the cts can't reach 'em. The terrorists will win if the time runs out.

Unless the ct kills all the terrorists, that is, but that's really quite obvious.

Thanks for that, but i had already thought of that for giving the terrorists points, but it doesn't help with what i want to do.

This is what i want:
I want the game rules to be like badminton. There are two teams one team spawn with knives and the other spawns with nothing if the team with no knifes can evade the other team for the time allotted then they get a point, but if the whole none knife team gets kill by the knife team they swap sides. Therefor you need to win as no nife to gain points and win as knife to gain the chance at getting points by becoming the no knife team.
