I need a modeller to convert these items into a .mdl file (preferrably both models as one if possible). The rivet-like texture are holes, if you can make it. If not, a simple rivet texture will do. Thank you.

Yes you can. Export to .map or autocad format. And then import in your modelling program, most programs support the autocad format.

You mean export to ".DXF" .
[EDIT] BTW , does 3D Studio max suppoert dxf files ?

you can do that? cool. still if you want a model then id say make something atleast a little bit better looking
