ORIGINAL TITLE: Host_error: UserMsg: Not Present on Client #

This is not a map error or compiler error, it is a server/mod/HLTV/HL error. Some of these problems have been corrected with HLTV/mod/HL updates. I do not know the cause nor the solution at present - but make sure you have all the most recent updates.
