cool Idea with the rearview mirror! I like this new parent system,, very useful. It woulf be nice if you parented a camera pointing down a bit on a flying NPC, (heli/gunship).. Imagen the view of a nice outside map from above..
Or if this camera could be used in MP, like,, in CSS, and you could put it on the CT players and put the monitors in one of those swat transport cars, and watch them run around while playing online.

As for carving, its good practise not to, as its cleaner to create your own brushes. However, carving doorways is acceptable (but not really recommended) as its rectangular, as dandy-diddlywtfoneone~~ said.

I'm haven't got conterstrike but through your screenshot I can say that you need to learn how to aglin textures for you didn't and it looks like it is full bright. Any can you check my forum post in the hl1 section your help will be appretated, it is called diffrent skys.

For the cieling struts- I made three columns the same shape right next to each other the height of the ceiling at its highest point. I then broke them into several columns on top of eachother. Then I wentto the side view and VM-d the top verteces to make a curved look. then I went to the front view and fanned the two side column sets the same length outward.

then i copied and pasted them to equal distance pillars on the walls. the measurments and fine tuning took quite a while

It's a bit trixy, but if I remember right, you can do it with an info_camera_link,, I'm not sure, but I'm experementing with it on my new map, arctic flare. It should be in the next update.

I used the same idea when I made a security system, I put a camera on each guard, and watched them run around in the big building. But the map was to ugly to be uploaded on TWHL..

Thanks for the cool comments! About the sewer, it is supposed to only open from the inside, stopping the CTs to get into the hotel too easily. I'm thinking about making a new version, with all the stuff that you guys suggested, in order to get better detail work.
Easter egg: Shooting the gaz pumps makes htem blow up and opens the garage door, with credits inside! (Crashes on some online server, gotta fix it too )

To answer you, Nobody made me 'screenshot king', and whilst were being offensive, I'll tell you this now; Uninstall hammer.
