I wouldn't mind seeing Seven Pounds, I really enjoyed Pursuit of Happyness, but of those other choices.. uhh..
Yes Man, even though it's getting panned. I'd rather see a goofy comedy than a failed horror movie, Tom Cruise, or Brad Pitt age backwards. Call it the lesser of four evils.

Christ, I just read this and had half a mind to give The_(c)Striker another warning, but satchmo doesn't seem to have taken offence so I'll just leave it. Everyone else has pretty much said what needed to be said and I hope in time he realises what an idiot he's been.

Well, I am kind of hoping the capture points are hard to breach. I'm basing it (very loosely) off the capture points in ctf_2fort. Two entrances, but a small enclosed area. The fence is there simply to slow attackers down a bit, and encourage close-quarters battle. If I have to, I will limit Engineer constructions in there.
Habboi: No place for either of them, they were made with something else in mind.

Thanks, I always find it interesting how just playing/seeing another map inspires you to work. I kind of got back into this after playing a custom arena map for TF2. It looked great, but didn't play well at all. I guess it kind of inspired me to TRY and do the right thing by this one... which means lots of playtesting and tweaking when it's ready.

This is all too familiar. I've recently scrapped all of my old projects, or at the very least shifted them to a scrap folder (including a big one you knew about - more on that later). I started up a Concept Mod, where I can toy with all my little half-developed ideas with no ambition to actually finish them. I think it helps by letting me get rid of those little wasteful urges in between working on my few surviving big projects.

Episode One actually drew me in a LOT more than Half-Life 2. I thought the atmosphere was just much more evolved. But then of course, Episode Two blew it out of the water.
I must be the only person on Earth who had complete confidence in these guys BEFORE this media release. Everybody else use to think they were dead, or close to it. D:

I should mention that hidden below all of Pb's praise for Psychonauts is a secret message, it reads "If you don't like this game, I WILL KILL YOU". Consider yourself warned!
Do not get paid, they are all devoted Half-Life fans. What they're doing is simply MASSIVE, so it must really suck for them the amount of abuse they get for taking so long.
Tetsu0: I don't think they plan on releasing Xen screenshots, they want that to be a whole new experience. Something tells me they're really fixing up the crappy platformer elements.

You can pass HL2 is about 6 hours, and the episodes obviously in far less. Doesn't stop me playing them over and over again.
I'm about an hour and a half into Mirror's Edge, having fun so far. The only thing to complain about so far is the sense of direction, sometimes you just have no clue where to go, and little time to think about it.. might just be my bad luck, but it's always when I'm getting shot at. :<
I like it Luke, I can imagine when the final lighting is in place it would look quite solid.
Also.. you don't want to be like me, it's too tragic.
...Probably because we'd all get the boot.

21% are more of a loser than you."

But seriously, new project is win, and Left 4 Dead exploiters are pants.
Anyway, I always find it hilarious when nice gestures are treated like this.

Expert is ridiculously hard... or I'm ridiculously crap, who knows.
1. Daubster and 38_98 know my (ex) pain.
2. Penguinboy is a tool. >:(
Episode.
Video is so damn awesome.

EDIT:
Damn you, mystery hijacker!
