If you save a tiny bit more I'd honestly really reccomend the Umi IRON. Thing came out a month ago from a chinese manufacturer, so far the phone has been nothing but exceptional. Specs aren't the best specs ever, but for the price I got it they're absolutely phenomenal.
Chinese phones can be dodgy, but Umi are trying to really break the mould with this and with various teardowns people have done, the phone is true to its specs. I got it for £110 on an early bird, so no idea what this is USD or otherwise

Neither is listed in the cyanogen site, so I can't do much about that for now. Also I've had bad experiences with LG in the past. Don't know anything about Nexus though.

I'd go with the Galaxy ACE; here's why. You definitely want 4GLTE It only has 4gb internal storage, but You can always use a memory card for more storage and this phone supports more expanded memory than the S3 Mini. The ACE comes with Kit Kat, a newer, better version of Android. The ACE has 20% more battery.
And like I mentioned in your previous journal, you can always install a different OS on it to speed it up and remove all the bloat ware. Samsung has nasty habit of pre-loading their phones with a bunch of useless crappy apps that always run in the background and waste battery / RAM. There are a lot of phones out there that run stock android, such as LG and Nexus

Update:
Fringe is over, and so is the show. The venue had a brand new desk, an ETC Ion desk. Great fun!
The show went fantastically well, we got 2 5 star reviews, a four and some cuntbag gave us a 3. Sold out every single night. That one was a particularly shit review that said we were bad for "being too sensible". Whatever the fuck that means. One of the 5 stars came from a reviewer known as "Two star tom", because he's incredibly critical, and barely gives out good reviews, so naturally we all got inebriated in celebration ( and I have a very low quality video of the director promising everyone a drink for the review.. that never materialised )
Overall, fringe was absolutely fantastic. Some of you guys need to come over!

When I switched from Galaxy S1 Mini to S4 it was like I entered the Matrix.
