Start a new game and go to the memorial place near the shopping mall. Before "discovering it", save the game. Then swim over and discover it. If the event doesn't happen then reload and repeat.
Took me 30 times and within that I got a Deathclaw, a Chinese Soldier corpse and the Firelance. EASY

Well as soon as I read the Steam part I felt the same way. Why? Because my Steam contains a bunch of FPS games which I've tired but nothing outside it like Assassins Creed or Fallout etc so maybe the same applies to you?
Surely there's a game that interests you? What have you played recently?

Tis better to use ctrl and F5. Good ol bugs. I remember there were servers on Tony Hawks Underground that were dedicated to finding them all and there were lots.

To me it seems like this is a sort of spread the word event and they're asking the little people to come and try out their game and spread the word on their websites. I think they hired this Brando Social to spread the word and promote the game. I think I might go. I'll reply as you said and see what I get.

And the site looks quite nice but I think the options should glow blue when you hover over them. Give the user some feedback etc.
