I can't help but to think that I somehow offended you, since you're actually trying to disprove my opinion as if it were something objective. Take my opinion as you want and disagree if you will, but there is no need for such a response. Last and least, and with all due respect, but claiming your own map as brilliant is quite the sign of arrogance. Respond as you will - I might have misunderstood your post - but i'll leave this be. There is no need for such a discussion about an otherwise excellent map.

Good, but not brilliant. That pretty much sums it up for me. Overall you've made an interesting piece of architecture, but for me personally it lacks a bit in texturing. It's just a bit dull, especially with the dark shades of color. The sky creates a warm atmosphere, but the building tends to give a certain coldness due concrete textures and dark green texlights. It's an odd sense of contrast that doesn't work for me. On further notice, i'm not quite sure if the gameplay will work as the idea suggests. Even with the fact you've made optimal use of vertical height, I think the scale of the map is too small for any RPG's to be used. Still, for 30 brushes you managed to make an excellent map.
PS: Please don't make a folder named to the map. It's annoying when you want to extract the files.

The 'CrateStorage' map actually looks like fun! Visually it could use some work - especially when it comes to texturing. Isn't there a blue container texture? Just the use of different coloring would stimulate the eye a bit more. Still, I think you've added some fun touches. I like the broken ladder, that you can still reach by an other ladder. You've put in a solid effort and that shows.

Well, I atleast took the time to check it out. The rotating television tower is quite a neat idea, so are the different dispensers, but the rest I feel is lacking. I can't point out what exactly it is, but I do think you could have tuned the lightning better. On note of those dispensers by the way; when they are empty the light activates. It should be the other way around, for now it just makes no sense. Otherwise, it's a clean looking map with a interesting theme. Once again, however, the main critique is the gameplay. Weapon placement simply makes no sense. Not only is ammo extremely easy to refund, but the map packs only the powerfull of powerfull and sometimes that just doesn't work. The map has too little of scale for any use in gaussjumping and I wouldn't say the RPG makes sense either. Another thing I highly object for the sake of HLDM (..and back 'n in the days I played lots, so I'm really just talking from a gamers perspective in this one) is dead ends. Don't you ever do that again. There is a reason why that lambda map from valve never got played. In effort I give you a 3.
From a visual point of view I think you succeeded rather well in putting down an unique atmosphere, although I believe it seems to be hiding some disappointing architectural choices. For example, I think you could have done more with the tower shown in the picture of case. Matter of fact, to be really rude I could just classify it as a cylinder with a spike on top. Sure, it works just as it is, but it lacks something more impressive.
Another thing you should consider is the terrain. For gameplay reasons, I would have smoothened it out. I know Deathmatch Classic is known for the endless bunnyhopping and rocketjumping, but even then it's just not practical to move by. To conclude on a positive note: this is probably the best DMC map I've ever seen. I have only played the official ones, but hey.. they have been made by valve now!

If people will play a certain map more likely if it is called africa, instead of afrika due a single letter difference I will lose all my faith in humanity. But I suppose some people are just born retarded.

This is very small, but because there is enough cover you won't be killed at start. Nonetheless, it's not very interesting. Dull lightning, repetive use of textures and props, but I would say the textures do complement each other in color. I'm not an active CS player, but I would say this can actually be a fun twist between de_ and fy_ maps.

In all honesty, for most mods and HL itself, MP mapping is actually easier than SP mapping for the simple fact you'll hardly have to do any entity work. Obviously, it might make more effort making a good MP map, due online testing and understanding the core elements of the specific MP game, but really.. in its essence I would say MP mapping is most certainly easier.

Tl;dr - I scanned trough; but yeah, life's a bitch. Sooner or later it'll all work out for you tho. I couldn't really catch what you exactly study tho, I mean.. electronics is just a class.
@ Striker, cmon now dude. You're like what, 15? Your parents are right. Back when they went to school (assuming your parent are atleast 30+) they had no computer and calculator, so they had to do all the hard work by hand, also, the rules were far more strict. I'm sure romania isn't that conservative anymore when it comes to schooling, that you'll be all stressed out. Homework on high school is a joke, with the exclusion of tests and exams in the last year.

Nice improvement. I'd say give the player a crowbar, put a lock on the fence door which you can break, replace those carton boxes with (item) crates, remove the bicycle and further improve the lightning. Good luck, once again.

Overall I'd say the use of props just don't fit in the scene. Especially the fences; they seem pasted in such a way they don't fit in with the general environment. There is no door to get behind the fences and I still can't quite figure why they are there, because the only thing behind the damn fences are some filler crates!! I also wonder how the NPC came there, with the fact there is no door, and on what purpose she is there. I figured she came in through the gap, but I couldn't get in myself! Personally i'd advise you to use the higher fence models, so that they reach the ceiling and build in a door with that.. also put something senseable behind them instead of some filler crates; this way things might blend in more with the general environment.
Another thing needing work is lightning, now it's just too 'normal' and you seem to be having some shadow issues (especially at the pipes). I'd advise to dense the lightning and slightly add some color to them so that it enhances more atmosphere. I like the cords between the lamps but they have no source of origin and one of them isn't connected at all.
Texturing and architecture are pretty decent but they work. You might want to practice a bit and add some more detail to make it more interesting tho. Also, I would cut down on the decals a bit, because you're overusing them. Anyways, that's just a bit of input; normally I'm not one to bash lack of realism but things just felt a bit off. Good luck!

Shamefully, it's true the good servers are all located in England and America. But perhaps this will change when 0.5 releases, so give it a try then. 0.4 is totally different anyways; much has changed.

Meh, I know what most parts serve for but that's about it i'm afraid. If you told me to point out every part i'd be lost. But heh, nobody ever teached me about that stuff and the matter is I don't feel it is all that much important for me; I don't follow a study where it is needed to know and if I'm getting another computer I wouldn't home-make it anyways.
..and about the child problem; Africa & Asia. That's all i'm sayin'.

For me, it's always the fact I have lots of ideas (specificly MP mods oddly) but I never get a clue on how to shape them. I need way to much inspiration shots to shape things, which contradicts my creative ideas. That, in combination with lazyness, basicly let me to stop with mapping. I still have that urge to create something however, so I open hammer once in a while, but without getting any result tho..

@ WC - The US isn't all that impressive tbh, it is just that America is constantly feeling like they are the 'western' leader (and while acting like that they seem to have made more international conflicts then creating a global sense of peace, which your most strongest military can't seem to end either)...and for somewhat the weak position of Europe, they have become that leader. But anyways, the growth and empirelism 'threat' of China and likewise countries are more impressive than the failing economy of America still hopelessly to pretend being such a strong country while clearly things haven't been coming along so nicely. But heh, i'm not anti-american or something. I hope things will change for the better.

I think it's great that Obama won. Simply because America needed to change its thoughts for the sake of the world (..and i'm looking from that perspective because i'm not an American). McCain was more of the same tbh. But all in all, I wouldn't know the bigger picture for what they stand for besides the big messages... and i'm 100% the avg American wouldn't know either. Simply because American elections are more focused on the person rather then their views, and with that, i'm happy that Obama won especially with the fact that McCain is old and made a lot of bad choices during his campaign and that Palin made a very dumb impression on me 'I LIVE IN ALASKA LULZ, AND ZEH RUSSIANS ARE RITE NEXT TO US... POETIN FLIGHTS OVER ALASKA!!' - cmon..
About the bandwagon thing, that's just humans nature slapping in your face tbh. I think it's great that he is black, because it might just be a tiny wee step for less racism and more unity among the people. If I was American, this wouldn't be the main reason I would vote for him tho.
What really got on my nerves was the fact that my country, The Netherlands, gave a whole lot more press (srsly, a whole lot more) and included with that big speceal telivision shows to the elections in the VS than to our very own elections. I think my country, no... correction; I think that Europe shouldn't be following America's dick everywhere.

TFC was awesome. Even in 2007 I played at the jolt.co.uk fun servers from time to time, simple concepts like hide and seek, climbing and whatnot - all as a big fat civilian. That sure was epic.
