I dont play HL1DM but I still looked at the map and heres what I thought.
1.Some really good architecture in the map. 2.I liked how you had those Symbol things haveing a sort of glow. 3.Lighting was nice as areas werent to dark or light. 4.The portals were sort of cool, but you could keep walking backwards into them and you would just keeping getting transported which I guess would confuse people.
Overall this was a nice looking DM map, im not much on them but it seemed really good for probably a 6 person match. 5*'s

I thought this map was really good, ill explain why. 1.The map had alot of work put into it which caught my atention quiet alot. 2.I like how you made this for Opposing Force because not many Opposing Force maps are made. 3.The map was really bright in areas but that didnt really bother me. 4.Probably the thing I liked most was basicly after every thing you did an enemy would pop up somewhere else, because I love it when I get fooled.
5*'s no doubt, you should make some more maps like this.

Pretty interesting strang situations, the only one that completly did not seem funny to me is the map Roof, cause I hate gay things and that just... UH! My favorite level was Dance, cause 1.WHY ARE THEY DANCEING TO WHAT IS LOVE! 2.The song was sped up. 3.The turrets start killing them which was perfect random. And 4.Gman is the one singing the song. The others were pretty good, but its late and I dont feel like makeing a big review, but overall, ill give it 4 *'s, and wtf was with the menu noises, was that like a baby thing?

Ill have to admit, that from pressing the button so much, I completly fucked up this door, so maby a longer wait before reseting the button will make it better. Overall the door was pretty interesting, sort of a dull area around it, but the door matters more, such as I liked the part where when the door goes down and it gets closed up in the ground. Some things could have been added more, but its still pretty good, 4*'s for a still good try.

Anyways, somthing not in black mesa sort of made it more interesting, but now about the door. I didnt look at the RMF, but im guessing you had to use Env_renders and made some parts of the doors Not Solid, cause the spinning lock made me think of a render. The best part of this door was... basicly itself, cause each setup for the door had somthing differnt to it, and even those lasers to, even though they just sat there. 5 *'s for a good lock up of that... xen crystal.

This transit door made me think you were in a lower area of black mesa, reason why, is its dark, the doors have concrete fall from them, a great supply of Env_shake, and differnt parts of the door move differnt ways. The only thing I didnt like about this is the 2 parts of the door where 1 goes up the other down, they have a door moveing noise, but the noise is so short that then it goes silent, but its not to much, 5*'s anyways.

I thought this was a good idea, I havent looked at all entrys yet, but this was pretty interesting. Probably the part I liked the most was the unusualy strang look when you fiirst see the door, and the 4 clamps for the door, but its sort of hard to see the 2 clamps inside the doors. 5 *'s since the door I made on FF is nothing as interesting as this.
All of the maps had interesting Architecture, very good sequenceing, and really good sentances, the map deffinetly deserves a 5 star. I also liked how you make the player go back to the previous levels, cause during one part of those when an alien slave teleported in, it spooked me. The thing I liked the most was your elevator, cause it looked really good but the parts that made me like it most was the rollers on it, also how they moved with the elevator. The only glitch I found was when you get out of the vent to turn the security overide on, before you goto the elevator, the cabinets that are a pushable, if you them it with the crowbar, it has a glass damage texture.
Other then that, it still gets its 5 stars like I said.

I dont get why some people would say its not possible for HL1, true HL1 is nowhere as realistic as HL2 regarding the way how thiers gravity, but all you need is enough skill for timeing in func_(whatever), but cool map since you made this for HL1.

I can tell you like putting work into mostly anything, noticed that when I looked at the ladders, edges of lights, HEV charger, & health charger. I think you should continue with this map as its looking great so far, make the map the way you want it done, cause from how it looks sofar, everything seemed fine to me.

What a confusing member, the only thing I can tell, is that its for Opossing Force since you can see the Night Vision bar at the top right, and im to lazy to download right now since I have homework, Ill try later.
I dont see why some people complain about some members first map, cause I have one, its just I would have to reconstruct it to post it, my first map had 4 differnt rooms, but was not long, but I know that if its thier first map, then its thier first try, and I know my first try was good. I have no clue how this map looks because its 4:11AM and I want to go to bed, so ill come back sometime to see how it looks.

I've never really thought of useing fog in a map, I should try that somtime. I dont know why im saying this part, but I was only able to kill 3 Zombies by making them hit eachother. But nice example map.

me too... oh wait, oh yeah, time for me to comment on this. I thought that this was really... umm... really... good for architecture, the models were also really good, and the textures were really good, why am I useing the word (really) so much? It was a very short and small map but its great for showing skills, maby sombody will make a map simlar to somthing like this, cause the Tomb Raider idea would be great. 5 Stars

somthings missing about the buildings in this pic..... oh yeah, they are not bright, its light out, and the sky box around it its dark out, so match whats going on around it, It would probably look really good with a dark area and the buildings are lit up.

^Cube maps not treated as a map???, crappy maps are the best, they get the most attention because nobody really knows what they are downloading until they find a... box? Well, it sounds interesting, and the name sort of gives it away, ill give it a 5 because I used box maps for some time but stopped for no paticular reason, and, box maps can be funny, random, unexpected, good... in a way, or just plain an attention getter.

I think I know what Rowleybob ment, he ment since the walls would be the same Blue texture, and It would hurt peoples eyes from seeing blue so much, that It would be a good idea to make like some cracks in the walls or somthing like that. TWHL is sort of dead without Rowleybob commenting maps and helping people out.
