Pre-orders are more thoughtful presents than just buying a game I think. If you just get someone a game you get a "Thanks!", but if you get them a pre-order there's that cruel/exciting anticipation phase, followed by a "Hell yeah!" when they actually get it.

I actually liked the driving sections. The planet exploration just ruined the mako I think. Trying to slowly push the thing over a huge hill/cliff was a painful experience. >_<
I let Ashley die because the bots really suck at aiming, and because she was a bit xenophobic (which annoys me). Granted I never used Kaiden that much, his abilities aside from shooting makes him a better choice.
ME2 is pretty damned good. The simplified inventory system alone makes it better.

The cymbal entry at the beginning sounded pretty sloppy, I didn't like the personally sung "excuse.. excuse.. excuse" because it didn't happen anywhere else in the song, and some of the singer's words flowed in kind of a muddled way. Otherwise, not bad.

I cant help but think that air traffic control people were either told not to interfere or incompetent at their jobs to allow two jets (with non-New York destinations) to get all the way there without them responding to "what's going on?" hales.

Oh, also make sure you re-format immediately. I've gotten a dell computer in the past with so much crap pre-loaded onto it that it did slow the computer down quite badly.

Actually.. They are being resized by the style-sheet to be "thumbnail sized" when they are actually fully sized screenshots. Right click them and hit "open image" and you'll get a full screen shot. They're too large to cache.

My largest problem was that the beginning was a bit cluster-fuckish. Also, Ellen Pages "architect" roll could been a lot cooler. They really only waved that world bendy stuff in our face all at once and then turned it into a regular action movie.

Microwaves don't do justice to most meats. Its a very artificial kind of heat thats usually pretty un-even (cold centers). On a stove or oven the the heat is more consistent so it taste better. It also sucks for breads because they get soggy.
That's not to say microwaves are bad. Its fast and suitable for most things, just not meat or breads.

"Due to the overwhelming success of the Age of Empires III sale, we have temporarily run out of keys to unlock the game. You can still buy the game at this amazing price and you will get/see a key in the next week. When new keys are added to the system you will be auto-assigned a key, there is no need to call support or take any other action from your end. We will post here on the forums when the keys are available and the next time you click 'View Game Keys' for the game you should be assigned one.
Thank you for your patience and we hope you enjoy the game."

A progressive one would be great if you could close up some loopholes (tax cuts/evasions, that is). Those who have more slush money then they know what to do with should pay more. Those at the bottom of the chain should pay some, but have enough that they can still enjoy themselves / have a chance at opportunity with their extra money.
I think the problem with a flat rate is that it might be too low. It wouldn't be as high as your 'more than some families make in a year' rate, but it wouldn't be free either. The government still needs to make money.
If its too high, then the uber-low making families wont be able to enjoy what little money they had to spare if they can pay it at all. There's no way to set some kind of flat-rate without excluding some people and giving the richer guys a slap on the hand. They would still be getting off comparatively easy.
A progressive one is the only way to go imo, but it should be overhauled a bit.
I agree with you on Enterprise though. The cast was awful except for trip, phlox, and Shran. T'Pol was truly painful to watch, although hot. >_<
They shit all over star-trek canon too. The Borg bit was especially unforgivable.
(It's ~15.5 miles.)

Really Crollo? :/

Hell, I would never say yes to the invasion of a country without some research into it, unknowingly fictitious or not. >_>
The ones that especially pissed me off where the ones who thought North/South Korea were in Australia. Ridiculous.
You type English well enough. Good luck

I'm promising we don't have keys.
I've been meaning to start running regularly but its so hard to get into.
I went with a TB hard drive with a pretty decent RPM.. Oh.. and for 10 more bucks you can get an "Intel Core i7-950 Bloomfield 3.06GHz 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor BX80601950"
I'm quite annoyed of the regular song now.. but this is pretty calming.
Edit - And the audio player is the best HTML5 non-flash audio player I've ever seen. =')
