Yup, probably. Just tried Age of Chivalry, with all the eye candy on(im in a clan) and it never went below 50FPS. havent tested it out in the more bugged maps that suck up most peoples framerate.
It indeed has 2 GPU cores, crossfire is onboard, 2 fans. and 4 exits. It has 2 cable's running up to the power supply. With 2 GB on video memory, loading textures takes about no time.. Im happy!
@ habboi, indeed! FSX here i come! Although note that this is my fathers computer in the photograph, i have a much more kickass joystick called the X-52.

The service always has been good at mycom, i buy a lot of stuff there. They have won serval consumer awards, and with reason.
I came there with the card and said i think something was wrong with it, the guy handling(whom turned out to be a old colleague!) put it in a computer, installed testing software and let it run. 75 memory errors and the test wasnt even finishd.
conclusion: broken.
So i said, send it to the factory and see what they can do with it? He said no, we dont do that, you get a replacement card with the same value as the original was when bought. So he checked the store supply, and showed me this one, he said it was the best one money could get right now, the Nvidia one would have to get ordered. They kept the card and a copy of all the paperwork.
This kind of service is a reason i buy my stuff there, best thing is, i thought i had a 2 year warranty, turned out to be 3!
Satch, i think you can get a pretty nice replacement card for the 9800 nowadays for not so much. Although it is a very good model, shame to see those go..

Very interesting, how do you find working with pixels? On a "put each one of them there myself" level?. Im working on a few addons for a transport simulator called simutrans(.com) and it has a .pak 96 in a comic style. I find it really interesting to design shapes on such a level, zooming in, placing them and then zooming out to see how it actually comes together(or not).
Are you using a dedicated editor, or some other tool?

Yoda, i reckon i know a bit about modelling for Half-Life, offcourse, feel free to prove me wrong. make a object with about 50.000 polygons and a couple texture maps and see if you can do it.

You cant really learn everything in one summer, just get the basics down and learn the rest on the job, specific tasks require a certain knowledge you cant really prepare for. Manuals are there with a reason.

I doubt any good can come out off it if a doctor is working and lacking sleep. I have been told that after 24 hours without sleep the mind is in the same state as a drunk person. Although i cant confirm it as a fact.

How can something that go's on for infinity have a beginning and a end? If it keeps growing in one direction it means it go's smaller in the other one. Beyond any measurement we know.

Yeah, so we should just disregard physics and go with what the source engine tells us? And why are you suddenly so interested in our psychology? Studying something?

Indeed, for no light would enter and thus nothing would be visible to the human eye. Any thing else a sensor could pick up? Are we carrying some sort of a divice that allows us to see X-rays?

Does it have a athmosphere or any possible lights? Windows? Anything, otherwise its going to be hard to tell what you see. I presume the width/height ratio remains the same whilst the corridor grows in all directions(XYZ).
