Addicted to mapping

im a dude and im heart broken and have been and now my X that i love is with someone because i had to live with my mom or she would have died its been almost a year since i seen hear '02 - Jay Jay thats about me it fuck'n blows
I map, therefore I am.
Involved in the IT industry since 1974
(yeah I know, before a lot of you were born).
Have been in Half-Life world since it was released (got a copy shipped from the USA well before it arrived here) and have followed the trail, Op-For, Blue Shift, GunMan Chronicles, CS etc.
Play TFC, DoD, FLF, DM, NS and some CS. Love good single player mods like They Hunger, Mission Failed, Intolerable Threat, Project Quantum Leap, Connundrum, etc.
Dabble in making maps and levels with my Bro... have an idea for a DoD mod, just fleshing out the plan of attack ... watch this space ....
Currently doiong IT contracting as a Project Director

Actually, I made a pretty decent SPHL map that was huge. Shame I used all the well intentioned advice from other sites. So that has gone to the map bin.. Maybe one day I will revisit it.
Current interests include, re-writing .fgd's so they work as advertised (tf-fgd-15fr10 has my name on it) and fooling around with Mod's.
Am doing a bit of CS mapping and have a map running on a server.
