In HL2: I was shooting a cop at close range with the smg and exidently presst the wrong mousbutton luckily i didnt die but the explosion did set an exploding barrel on fire so it exploded. The explosion didnt kill me (just got me down to 1hp) but when i was running away from it (i didnt stop directly when it exploded) i fell down from somthing and the fall killed me...
