Well, since T1 is only 1.544 Mbps, that's not very hard. 2Mb ADSL's been around for ages here in England.

I'd stay with Hammer.

To restore four-views, Ctrl+A works for me.

Read these, they'll have you mapping happily (and sucessfully) in an hour or two.

The address is http://www.davidicke.com/icke/articles2/pics/reptile2b.jpg. Therefore that is a JPEG. The exposure of a camera could be adjusted to provide a blurred photo like that. I mean, what does that show? A blurry photo of some naked bald guy?

Finally, for pendanticism, PDF is Portable Document Format. Photoshop uses the extension PSD.
