I would say put borders around each image. To separate each image from the one above and below.
Also speech bubbles need improving, not sure how...they just look very mspaint-ish. Perhaps borders around them? Different colour writing?
I do like the way you distinguished between the two people with the writing being solid for one, and hollow for the other.

Nice first comic overall, just needs touching up in places. :)

I especially liked the part where you leave the MJ-12 base to find you are in UNATCO. I was quite shocked really.
The game really kept me on my toes.

And yeh...played Oblivion, but I knew the story already. Good game though none the less.

Hmm, though I think Half-Life 2 has a good story, I am most definately, for once, with Jobabob. Deus Ex is superior.

It has a fantastic story, great weapons, a perfect HUD, multiple paths you can take, multiple choices to make which affect the game and a very nice RPG part to it as well which add a lot of replayability to the game, and the feeling of achievement when you finally get to the highest level of say Medical or Swimming.
It was immensely detailed, and fairly humourous and many different ways to tackle a problem.

A fantastic game...were as in Half-Life2, though it was great fun, there wasn't any replayability for me personally. It had great key moments such as the bridge, and the gravity gun was a excellent addition.
I really didn't see that much story to Half-Life2 though. It seemed more like the basic concept of big bad oppresive combine, freeman and rebels attack 'em, GO GO GRAV GUN!!! :)

Grim Fandango has a good story
Grim Fandango is superb, brilliant plot. :)
Deus Ex (well, a demo which got be bored after 2 minutes)
Deus Ex is also still superb, though I guess it is an aquired taste. I can see how some people may not like it.

Also there are plenty of games with very good story out there, System Shock 2 for example, Deus Ex, Thief series, Sacrifice, Warcraft 3, Max Payne (Well it wasn't abysmal ;D).

Man, you're a whiner,
Agreed. You actually think you whining to everybody will actually get them to change their minds?
Why does it even matter to you if they buy it, it's not your money they are spending.
If you wanna pay the money for a follow up to Half-Life2, do so. If not, don't, but don't keep coming back telling everyone else they shouldn't.
Just because you have some kind of vendetta against Valve, doesn't mean everyone else does.

in Compiling Problem. Post #183268
Hi, I have been fidling around in HL2's editor, trying to make a multiplayer map. I had done it before and this time I tried to test a map...but I think I have saved the map in the wrong area perhaps?

Where should I be saving HL2:DM maps?

That is what I think is the error anyway. I made the map. I pressed compile, I compile with normal, no and no because it is just a test.
It does its thing then brings up an error saying:
hl2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. blah blah blah.

This is the compile log, incase there is something amiss there:

Let me put it this way. I have been asked to change far fewer times than I have been asked to remain the same.
Probably becuase people realise after being in your company for a couple of minutes, it is quite futile. :/

And I am not confused at all. You seemed to think you had some power over people over the internet, I am simply wondering what it could be. Is that so hard to answer...or could it possibly be that you have nothing but a harsh tone of voice and a ego large enough it require it's own zip code :)

Wow, nice one Orpheus..I guess.
I am still waiting for you to tell us all what power is it exactly that you seem to think you have over anyone?
You are just avoiding the question again and again, and as predicted, would run away when confronted. :)

And there was me thinking you had crossed "swords" with many men before and never backed down. Though maybe I misunderstood and the 'swords' bit was actually an innuendo..?

No, I stand by my first opinion of you being a egocentric, arrogant fool, who counts himself to be the pinnacle of mankind and seems to think he contains some knowledge above and beyond that of anyone else.

And I very much doubt I shall ever regret my view of you. Mainly because of my post above yours. What are you going to do? You make threats and try to put others down by saying their opinions are worthless, but you have nothing to back it up. I am waiting to see what you could possibly do to me Orpheus...

Though I am betting on you saying something along the lines of 'You're not even worth the response' which is basically.. the cowards way out, but what more could I expect from you.
