The only trouble with IH is that Hugh is a better mapper than us all, but he can't do anything good with his skill, so it works out even.

No you don't.... Its just the demo file size will be huge.

Where do you live? Try and play on servers around your area. If you live in England, and play on a server based in the US, you are going to lag like hell. Google for NS servers and your area/country.

@Seventh: The compo was meant to be about glass. Try and choose the entry which you think was the best glass-themed map, but still wouldve come close (Top 5) if you were judging "Better map overall."

My suggestion is to figure out what type of map you want to make. Get a small idea, write it down, draw it, map a small part of it and then EXPAND!

KZ maps get incredibly frustrating and boring. The r_speeds are the most horrible things I have ever seen in my life, as the maps are basically a giant skybox with some type of massive structure to climb.
