I can't understand how some people get asleep so easily while commuting. I can't even close my eyes while I'm on anything that moves. Only on INSANELY long trips (say, >8h) I might get some bad sleep.
2. Cross room to turn off alarm (if it's next to my bed I just fall asleep again straight after turning it off).
At least it works for you. I've actually ceased to set any alarm at all, even if I have to walk across the room I somehow manage to go all the way to turn it off without being fully awake, then get back to bed like nothing happened.

22. Take bus #42, go back home.
23. Get dinner
24. Check email, twhl, forums
25. Go to sleep
