Well Habboi, it did'nt look like you where interested? The others got the idea of me needing someone to host, but you did'nt... So would you like to host it? A simple yes is all thats required, not a "It Sure is.??" lol. :nuts:

By the way for the cool light effect, I used a trigger_inout entity, with two larger sprites it would trigger on and off. (on when entering, off when leaving.) Just thought you guys would like to know that.

Problem... I need more info!? How the hell am I going to start my part.. Input much needed, I want to get the first done so I can give Muzzleflash the rmf. I can't just have it start in the city all of a sudden..

Muzzleflash, your doing freemans apartment building, are you not? Do I start it outside of hisa building, or what?

Definetly BL, I've been having problems with the arm quit a bit, when it moves it may work fine, but then once it starts again, the arm will rotate in the opposite direction, don't know why, I tried a number of times fixing it but, it must be a bug. And the grunt getting stuffed into the whole did'nt give me any problems... although, the grunts I used to set up the seq was my custom grunts, so that may be the problem (maybe the seq name isn't the same as yours..etc.) Anyway, next mix, definetly no technical stuff from me. :P

This thread was started to tell you guys about an upcoming mod that will be starting in the next 3-4 weeks.
Right now I am working on a video, and an example map that will be put up on a new forum at the proboards website.
This mod will consist of 6-8 qualified mappers, 2-4 Modellers, 2 Coders.

This mod will take alot of time, which I don't have at the moment because I am recently taking part in the "Half-Life:Hostage Situation Mod"

The modellers will be needed for making new models with a wide range of new sequences. Take a look at some of these to understand why.

Take note that the gun modeled will also need a second gun model to make spikes come out of the grip.[/url]

Coding will also be a major part of this mod. And i will need advanced coders who well know the code.

So if you are interested please contact me within the next 3 weeks.
This is a serious mod, and I am only looking for the best of the best whom are well dedicated.

Muzzle Flash, I have no idea which of those textures I've downloaded, just download the ones that look like good city textures(look at the screenies) are in it, because thats what I did..

cool. I love the func_illusionary effect..lol. Yea, check out them textures, not sure about the ones I downloaded, but I was making a miniature city when I downloaded them, so just take the wad files with city type screenshots..etc.

Make a func_breakable window over the light (can be textured with {blue to make it invisable) and now make the light to be triggered by the light switch (func_button) Now make the func_breakable "KillTarget" the func_button.. try that.. see how it works..

Yeah, actually I tried it for the first time on this map, and was surprised at the effect, and how well they looked, I'll make an example map.
And yeah the grunts where reskinned by me.. so if you want to use them let me know hunter.

As you can see I lso addd a net effect on the lights whereas when you walk through the beam, the source of the light gets brighter.. making kindof a spotlight effect.
