who here plays super mario bros 3 on nintendo? well i found out some awesome stuff about it. Do any of you have game genie for it? if you do, someone found a code to open up a lost level on mario. apparently the people that made the game also made some maps that they thaught were to easy so instead of eraising them, they stored them on the game. the code for game genie is AOZULT. anyone know anymore codes or info ? i kinda do.

ive read guides but i cant get the blue texture to be transparent when creating a masked texture in wally. dont tell me to make it solid and fxamount 255 its not that its just in wally i dont know how to get the blue texture working as clear in gameplay. it works when i take a pallette that alwready has it in it and use it but i want to create my own pallette with it. PLEASE HELP !

lol you dont have to but would it be easy to copy all the ambient generic sounds and sprites and paste ehm in hear ? you dont have to but im so sick of guessing sprite names. and the only sound i have is for a waterfall and that one from the tutorial map.

i was making a cliff and theres water at the bottom of it but when i look at the water from way up there it looks stuped, you know what i mean... i mean ive tryed making the water more transperent which makes it ok but i was just wondering if there is any other way to fix this

my map is ok but theres like freakin 15 leaks that i cant find because the horse things i made are complicated. im gonna just prolly go ahead and turn in my map with the leaks :x i cant learn how to use that new leakfinder i still gotta find out how to compile...

like for the machine compo, for each little machine that i make i first draw it in 3d view to kinda mess around with it and get ideas. top view is realy mainly needed for multiplayer maps or just large maps but 3d realy gives you ideas of how your small creations will actualy be in gameplay.

ok i mean on your graph, that camera that you drag and its like blue and red. all of a sudden it disapears on a lot of my maps and i cant ever get it back so when i go into 3d mode it always starts like upside down and over the map.

i downloaded the map fling and every time i try to test it in run a warning pops up that says warning:couldnt open valve/fonts.wad and it doesnt let me play the map. how do i prevent this any suggestions. this also happens when i try to test the mod hlywood

can anyone give me a list of the file types and folders your suposed to place each in for when you download a map. like what is the file that you put in the worldcraft folder so you can see there map in wc. all i realy know is that the bsp. folder goes in hl/valve/maps but thats about it.

i have a disk for the bsp.port which holds 64 mb. of memory. I saved a map on it but how do i open it up on the other comp? with run? or what. im trying to transfer the map onto my computer that doesnt have internet but does have worldcraft.

i think it has something to do with it using the color pallette of jpg. theres prolly a way to switch it to whatever pallette paint uses just try finding it in paint than in wally and choose the right one. im not sure if thatll work thow cuz i dont even have wally lol

set its initial speed to whatever you want i think, but that is how you start a track train so itl prolly work for a train. and make sure your using path_corners for the train not train tracks r whatever

my track train starts when the map begins but im trying to get a button to controle it. ive gotten it to work before on a dif map but no matter what i try, it wont work. Does anyone have any possible solutions?
