Everyone loves meaningless figures and statistics, don't they? Some vaguely enlightening nuggets of information. Since I just worked out that my hair grows at thirteen billionths of a mile an hour, I've got us started. Please, no tedious old oft-quoted stuff.

So yeah, carving's generally bad. You can always do a better job by hand.

Well, you can use the carve tool, but it's generally not a good idea. Hammer isn't very clever, and it's likely to make a horrible mess. The best way is to just make the four brushes seperately to form the wall around the hole.

Welcome, by the way.

Read the In The Beginning tutorials on entities. func_buyzone doesn't exist at a point, so it's not a point entity.

As for Wally, here you go.

Now, go and read the tutorials. They're there for a reason.

You cannot use monster_ entities in CS. A func_tank set to "active" should do it, though. They're used in DoD to protect the spawns.

Yeah. I barely ever play games at the moment, and mine still keeps me entertained.
But PC's tend to be on the exspensive side.
