it isnt difficult, people just go out of their way to make it sound like it is. In real world terms a lot of stuff makes no difference whatsoever, but it does pay to heed stuff like 'never ever ever ever mix ram modules' when ram is so absolutely vital to the correct functioning of a system.

you can still fake large draw distances quite well though with skyboxes, unless you are talking flight-sim-in-halflife

are you mixing ram modules?? something you should never ever do, go for 1 gig or 2 gig in equal sized chips but never anything inbetween
