i noticed a long time ago that hl 1 programmers didn't use bool function... they defined it as int variable for some reason :o

i made a loop where multimanager does earthquake and plays a shake sound every 7 seconds :)

my friend told me about this mod
have u guys played Arctic Incident??

The action takes place in a scientific complex, which is located somewhere in the Arctic.

In the caves, scientists have found a new form of life, which is resistant to frost and incredibly aggressive to intrusion.

The staff at the complex do not have sufficient means to counter it.

As a consequence they are forced to ask for help from the military, but the military, apparently, have their own plans for the incident.

hello.
i was thining about a large old gate, when the gate is opening it emites smoke sprites.. but i don't know how to turn a sprite on for 5 seconds.

i have managed how to play a sound and env_shake the gate opening moment.

i have an idea... have u heard about modifier array in Blender 3D?
Example: i am mapping a corridor. I made a column and i have to copy my column every time. The array modifier allows to set up number of brushes u want to copy and the destination between them.

it is the best way to build perfect rig and cheap
there are hardware shops where u can choose what parts u want and
store employees build it for a few euros + hardware costs

i posted screenshoots sometime ago were i was building a HL 1 map in Blender 3d... for the first time it worked but when i addded an extruded cube it came with errors in a hl 1 map compilator
