If, as you say on TSG, it's now dying every five seconds, you're not going to be able to run a memory test.

What kind of thermal interface material are you using between the CPU and the heatsink? Is it a pad that was stuck on, or the usual tube-goo compound?

JavaScript has very little to do with Java, they've pretty much got nothing in common.
I gather it was an attempt on Netscape's part (the inventors of JavaScript) to cash in on the successful name of Java.
