i accidentally screwed up my .rmf's :( :(, but my .bsp is still here, is there a way to covert a .bsp to an .rmf or something, or another solution? PLEASE HELP ME! :( :(

I dont no but, my sliding doors won't work :D, i made them before (working) but that was about six months ago, but now they just won't work! i make a brush, just in a empty room, and i give it the func_door entity, i give it a direction, name and speed.. thats it, what did i forget or did wrong?

hi, I am making a map but I can't get my door rotating in right direction.
North :)

This is my door, hope you can see what i mean,i don't really know how to say this in english but i'll try :). Imagine, i am walking towards the door from the south, my doors rotate to the north, but i want it rotate to the south, any suggestions? thx

i got thist tremendous idea, I selected all objects and walls, pressed ctrl+c, started a new map, and pressed ctrl+v..... and it worked :D :D :D :D thx for everything

seventh-monkey: I uploaded my map, named: huis1. zipfile is named: dabamrak-huis1. hope you can solve the problems.

silent gunz: i don't know the errors exactly, because alt+p won't show them, but one was something about a wall with wrong values, and the other was something about a solid.... thats all i know

well, i did that, hammer gave 2 errors. I fixed the problems, actually hammer did :), then he didn't gave any errors, so i tried to run the map, but he gave 2 errors again, but when i press alt+p now, he doesn't show errors :|. any solution?

I make my own textures with: Wally, but when I use them for my map, it works, but the next time I start Hammer, and open my map, console says: map change failed: "sheep87" (this is my mapname) not found on server.......

does anybody know what's wrong?! :lol:

Hello,

i, made a map, just like tutorial: in the beginning 1 said. but when i hit f9(run map) and then: ok, this window show up saying:

I have hammer and I just started today, but i don't have half-life on my computer, but I have steam, can I use hammer with steam, and when yes, what do I have to fill in, in the: * game excecutable directory?
* mod directory?
* game directory?
I really want to know.
