I'm working on my first [hopefully] complete Source map for Exite. I'm trying to make a dynamic light but I can't seem to get it to work. I've read Valve's wiki article on it but I'm still doing somehting wrong, obviously I don't know what though.
Its tied to a prop_physics_multiplayer and has a brightness setting of 100. The light isn't projecting onto the map, but here's what it is doing; If the prop gets flipped upside down it will actually project a pitch black shadow on the floor. If I stand a few feet away from it, my gun will receive pure white light, making its completely white.
