Impossible. You can't use the sky to hide parts of your map.

Besides which that would be a major physics fuck up. If there was a room that tall over in that area you would be able to see the outer wall anyway.

Well you really shouldn't hide anything anyway because it would look unrealistic.

I'd just expand the skybox and null the other unseen sides.
