dm_dredge ... after about 10 years not making maps for anything, and having not touched hl2 since ~2007(!) when my pc was stolen.. I'm back for more punishment. I decided to have a real go at making static models also. The centerpiece for this will be, yes, a canal dredger.
I had a first crack at the 3d skybox for it tonight .. how do you fix the grass sprite size when your displacement brush is in a 3d skybox? First model, light pole! .. have to fix smoothing groups on that cyl brush... Dredger test render
